What does CNTV do?

CNTV produces custom digital video solutions, one-of-a-kind events and dynamic content to generate revenue, enhance the online and on-site experience, and provide year-round engagement with your audience. We support you months before an event with a toolkit to help sell sponsorships and we provide dynamic promotions to raise excitement and attendance at your event. On-site, our professional team of journalists deliver engaging, same-day recaps that keep the event’s buzz alive across multiple channels, including social media and hotel television. After the event, your content continues to generate revenue by boosting website traffic and attracting new exhibitors and attendees to your event.

Who is the CNTV team?

The CNTV team brings decades of experience in video production, broadcast news and the events industry to the table. They are experts in content and project management and working under extreme deadlines. Behind the camera is a team of video associates who are trained to bring stories to life through dynamic footage and creative editing techniques. Our talented designers add the “wow factor” by creating customized graphics to showcase your company or organization’s brand.

Can I afford CNTV?

Absolutely.  We offer several standard packages, but we’re also happy to customize a project to your budget needs and requirements. We can also help you find sponsorships that can drastically cut costs and even make you a profit.

Who owns the videos?

You do. CNTV also stores the raw footage in our archive system for the next three years and can provide a copy for a nominal fee.

What’s the turnaround time for my videos?

Give us a deadline and we’ll meet it. We shoot, edit and deliver your content the same day as the event. Our clients also trust us with monthly videos and projects that start and finish in a matter of days.

Where is my video played?

There are a variety of options, but the most common are:

  • Social media channels
  • In session rooms
  • On the trade show floor
  • On TVs inside attendee hotel rooms & hotel lobbies
  • On TVs inside shuttle buses
  • On hotel dark channels

Online, your reach is potentially limitless. We’ll upload your video to:

  • Your event website
  • Your event mobile app
  • Your company or organization’s YouTube Channel
  • A custom event microsite

Do I have to host the video myself?

No, although we can help you upload the videos to your own channels, like YouTube. We also offer video hosting services for one year. Additional time is available for a small fee.

How much time will my staff have to dedicate to this?

As much or as little time as you want. We’ll need your input before the event, along with items such as a logo for graphics, but a dedicated content manager will oversee all planning, production and distribution of your videos. On-site, a streamlined content approval process makes it easy for staff to focus their attention on running the event.

Can I use my existing videos?

Yes, if you own the content and the associated music. We also work well with the video teams you are already working with.

Are there other expenses?

Most expenses are scalable. For example, you can distribute your content through free channels, like YouTube, low-cost options like hotel monitors, or you can go as big as renting the convention center jumbotron. Other marketing costs like tent cards or digital advertising (not provided by CNTV) vary in price.

What is the lead time?

Typically we ask for at least 60 days before an event to commission CNTV, but we are willing to discuss alternative timelines.
