CNTV is looking for a hands-on person to join our leadership team by managing all aspects of the company’s finances. We need someone who is focused on the details AND sees the big picture. This person needs to be able to interpret the numbers to help the owners and managers make decisions.
-Responsible for managing effective accounting strategies, policies, and procedures
-Prepare and analyze journal entries, income statement, balance sheet, profit and loss statement and other financial reports on a regular basis
-Prepare and review monthly budgets along with credit and cash flow management forecast updates to include: AR, AP, treasury, costing, tax, asset management, budgeting process, credit and cash flow.
-Complete credit card and bank reconciliations
-Responsible for all invoicing, and billing and maintaining positive communications with Customer Finance Departments
-Report and advise on organization’s financial status by analyzing and interpreting monthly budget variances and trends.
-Develop integrated revenue/expense analyses, projections, reports, and presentations
-Responsible for company payroll processing and managing corporate payroll tax compliance.
-Other payroll responsibilities include management of company 401k plan, monitoring of employee expense reports; PTO Tracking
-Completing onboarding paperwork for new employees
-Managing insurance policies
Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
- 3-5 years’ experience with small business finances
- Experience with Paylocity highly preferred
- Experience with Quickbooks or similar software
- Skilled at learning new technologies and applications
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
Knowledge of Google docs is preferred
